We are looking for a C# Developer for one of our clients, an investment bank set in Montreal.

Role Overview :

The team is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the Bank's applications and systems.

At the forefront of technological innovation, its teams provide technical and functional support for the activities and development projects of the various business lines of the Corporate and Investment Bank in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities :

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Understanding client needs and translating them into application functions
• Contributing to development
• Writing high-quality code to program complete applications within expected deadlines
• Analysing and correcting reported anomalies
• Writing technical specifications and maintaining the project documentation database
• A high degree of autonomy and initiative are key
• Designing applications/solutions
• Designing and developing applications
• Performing tests
• Producing documentation

Required Qualifications and Skills :

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience using C# .NET and Python.
• Experience using SQL and Oracle.
• Experience developing web services – REST APIs.
• Experience of designing and developing application and unit tests.
• Experience writing documentation.
• Experience with Incident and Problem management.

Language :

English : mandatory

French : a strong asset
