This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Research and design user experience solutions for products and service lines based on established design principles, strategy, practices, and guidelines.
• Plan, validate, and implement research methods to gather user experience data; analyze, evaluate, and report results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement user experience design plans, changes, specifications, and reusable design elements for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with management, internal, and outsourced design and development partners to coordinate activities, evaluate concepts, and recommend improvements.
• Lead a team of designers and partners to develop high-quality user experience solutions for moderate to complex projects.
• Represent the user experience design team throughout all phases of larger and more complex projects.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff members.

Education and Experience Required :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills :

• Experience applying design theories and principles to IT and consumer products/services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing and implementing research and data collection plans for user testing.
• Ability to evaluate designs and recommend improvements.
• Effective communication skills for presenting data, proposals, and specifications to management.
