Role Description
We are looking for several salespeople to join our well-established team. As a salesperson in our company, you must be outgoing, good at communicating with people, and have a certain level of stress tolerance. You will qualify customers to help them select products/materials based on space, functionality, or budgetary requirements. The successful candidate must manage client expectations by providing them with the costs, policies, and procedures associated with their particular choice, as well as the ability to recommend appropriate alternatives. All of this must be presented to the client in the designs, drawings, quotes, and contracts you prepare for them.
- Locations: Saint-Laurent, Laval, Vaudreuil-Dorion, and Brossard.
- Language: Bilingual (English and French); able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Experience: Related working experience is preferred (Driving skill is required).
- Job Type: Full Time.
Qualifications
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Interior design and kitchen & bath design skills.
- Sales skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen cabinet products and materials.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in design software is a plus, such as 2020 and/or KCDw.
