As a rapidly growing fast-casual restaurant brand, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and innovative growth strategies. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to drive local marketing initiatives that support our franchisee network and brand presence. This role will be responsible for managing partner requests, executing impactful LSM campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- LSM Partner Request Management: Act as the first point of contact for all local marketing requests from franchisee partners, ensuring timely responses, alignment with brand standards, and execution support.
- LSM Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling LSM playbooks, decks, and strategy presentations to internal stakeholders and franchisees.
- Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with local influencers and community partners to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
- Direct Mail Campaign Management: Plan and execute direct mail strategies tailored to local market needs, working with vendors and creative teams to ensure timely and effective distribution.
- Local Media channels (OOH / Radio): Coordinate local campaigns (e.g., billboards, bus shelters, local radio) to support store openings and key LSM moments.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track performance of LSM and partnership campaigns, compile post-campaign reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future efforts.
- Franchisee Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with franchisees to align on goals, gather local insights, and provide marketing support.
- Project Management: Lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and brand standards are met.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in local marketing, partnerships, account management, or brand marketing—preferably in a fast-paced, multi-location or franchise environment.
- Strong account management skills with a service-first mindset; proven ability to manage a high volume of inbound requests while maintaining clear communication and prioritization.
- Exceptional project management and multitasking skills with the ability to juggle competing deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills —comfortable presenting and engaging with franchisees and regional managers.
- Highly organized, with a system-oriented approach to managing workflows, campaign timelines, and partner follow-ups.
- Adept at problem solving and working independently, while also being a strong collaborator.
