We’re looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic / display networks.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
  • Plan and launch full-funnel ad campaigns that drive measurable results (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters (GTM, GA4, Meta, etc.)
  • Build high-performing ad copy, visuals (in partnership with our creative team), and landing pages
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily across all platforms
  • Perform A/B and multivariate testing to improve ad effectiveness
  • Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay on top of digital ad trends, platform changes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with client account leads to present strategy, results, and recommendations
