Responsabilités

• Need Bilingual (French and English).
• Main SPOC for P1 / P2 incidents
• Handle incidents that L1 cannot resolve
• Assist in building KB for future incident response from 1st level
• Propose solutions for permanent problem resolution
• Assist with all 3rd party tech support and ticket management
• Be the SME for CTB & IR / RCA completion
• Provide daily updates to the team (shift handover)
• Analyze business requirements
• Develop and / or modify code as per business needs
• Test code changes (e.g., function change, non-regression tests)
