Job Description :

• Master the concepts and tools of the Agile and DevOps world.
• Design and develop complex solutions according to industry best practices.
• Meet with clients to identify, understand and analyze business needs by anticipating potential business issues.
• Respect, support and collaborate with established architectural orientations.
• Review and monitor the operational documentation of the systems.
• Proactively monitor applications to propose improvements and support solutions.
• Develop, perform quality functional and integrated tests in addition to ensuring integrity with other systems if required.
• Participate in the drafting of production release instructions and validate the delivery results.
• Participate in the support of test environments and participate in patches when required.
• Participate in the support of applications in production and coordinate the correction of prioritized anomalies that have been reported.
• Master the processes, procedures and working methods in place and disseminate them.

Technical Competence

• Good knowledge of SQL databases.
• Good proficiency in ASP, ASP.Net, Dot Net 2008.
• Knowledge of MS-Office and Atlassian tools.
• Good knowledge of telecommunications (asset).
• Knowledge of CRM environments (asset).
• Adaptability, initiative and teamwork.
• Fluency in French, functional English.
