Overview :

Moroccanoil, the beauty brand that pioneered oil-infused hair care and created the worldwide buzz on argan oil, is seeking a part or full-time intern who will support the needs of the Moroccanoil Events Team. Interns must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months to this paid internship. Candidates must be current undergraduate or graduate students majoring in Communications, Marketing, or a related field of study.

Job Description :

• Plans and coordinates upcoming events
• Manages logistics for meetings : site selection, transportation, hotel accommodations, meeting facilities, food & beverage, audio visual, room set up and décor.
• Day to day management of the planning, direction, and implementation of all Moroccanoil’s tradeshows, road shows, Incentives, and other projects.
• Compiling and updating the Moroccanoil Global Trade Show and events Calendar for all departments.
• Create sales order through SAP / WMS operation system for all products, marketing materials and gifting required for all events.
• Ability to design renderings, floorplans and presentation decks as required for each event
• Responsible for creating packing list pre-event and post-mortem reports
• Works closely with Logistics Analyst to ensure scheduled pickup and delivery of all Moroccanoil trade show / event shipments.
• Management of Events inventory for all Moroccanoil inventory in US, Canada and International
• Coordinate with US, Canada, or European warehouses to ensure timely deliveries to show sites or distributor warehouses as required.
• Travel to shows / events to facilitate on site execution and ensure all visual brand standards are met in all areas.
• Ad hoc projects related to the position

Moroccanoil, la marque de beauté qui a lancé les soins capillaires infusés à l’huile et créé le phénomène mondial autour de l’huile d’argan, est à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire à temps partiel ou à temps plein pour appuyer l’équipe Événements de Moroccanoil. Les stagiaires doivent être en mesure de s’engager pour une durée minimale de 3 mois dans le cadre de ce stage rémunéré. Les candidat(e)s doivent être actuellement inscrit(e)s à un programme de baccalauréat ou de cycles supérieurs en communications, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
