About The Role

We are looking for a talented WordPress Web Designer to join our team, either on a full-time basis or as a 40-hour / week contractor. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative vision with technical expertise and has a passion for building beautiful, high-performing websites. You will be at the forefront of crafting visually compelling, conversion-optimized WordPress sites that drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites and landing pages using WordPress
• Build and customize layouts using themes, page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery), and block editors
• Apply expert-level design principles including layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ensure accessibility and seamless functionality across all screen sizes and devices
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and development teams to align on design strategy and performance goals
• Continuously improve website UI / UX based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
