About :
Our client is a Canadian-based logistics and transportation provider looking to grow their team! You will play a key role in helping to grow their business and bring new opportunities into the firm. Be unafraid of building and creating new business relationships with prospective companies and customers.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Research potential companies and contacts that ship freight across Canada, the USA, and Mexico.
- Make cold outreaches (phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to companies / contacts to prospect new business opportunities.
- Identify business opportunities through industry research.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine pricing and operational processes for customer freight.
- Work closely with your management team and colleagues to navigate client calls and in-person meetings.
- Achieve KPIs as set by management for revenue, load count, and margin on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
