A career as a communication and development associate in the team of Félix Bousquet St-Laurent, Daniel Dussault, and André Charest at the National Bank offers an opportunity to showcase your ability to work in synergy with clients and colleagues. In this role, you will support your team of Wealth Management Advisors by providing exceptional customer service, aiming to create a long-term positive impact on clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing materials;
  • Manage the team's brand image;
  • Optimize social media presence;
  • Participate in the preparation and organization of client events;
  • Act as a point of contact for clients by handling incoming calls and emails;
  • Update client information via phone or video conference to ensure data accuracy;
  • Write call summaries;
  • Assist clients in using technological tools;
  • Manage the team's schedule, coordinate meetings, and confirm appointments;
  • Provide administrative support during peak periods and vacations;
  • Engage in continuous learning through on-the-job training, available content, and collaboration with diverse colleagues.

Prerequisites :

  • Completed college and / or university degree in communication or a related field;
  • Experience in customer service;
  • Strong communication and writing skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technological tools.
  • Languages :

    Ability to serve clients speaking languages other than French is required.
