The social media specialist is responsible for promoting the company (B2B and B2C) through various digital and other platforms. They are a person who will know how to combine creativity and curiosity with the final results that the initiatives will have on the income of the company.

Tasks

This full-time role includes creating, integrating, and publishing content, in addition to handling interactions with the community. This person also participates in strategic planning of advertising campaigns and manages influencer partnerships / public relations.

• Plan and execute the content calendar across social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze engagement performance to optimize brand presence online on all platforms.
• Support the team in creating and managing physical events.
• Identify partnerships to increase brand awareness.
• Engage proactively with the community to grow engagement (organic, influencer, and media).
• Create platform-specific content aligned with current trends.
• Assist the e-commerce marketing manager with photoshoots and styling tasks.
• Develop and oversee influencer and collaboration strategies.
• Perform other tasks to support the company.
• Experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Planoly, YouTube, Canva, editing tools, and LinkedIn.
• BILINGUAL in English and French (written and spoken) MANDATORY .
• Hold a BAC or DEC in marketing, business administration, or equivalent.
• Demonstrate creativity and autonomy.
• Ability to film and photograph high-quality content.
• Stay curious about digital trends.
• Knowledge of content platforms like Photoshop, Canva, or others.
• Comfortable in front of the camera (e.g., Facebook / Instagram Lives, content filming).
• Having a car is an asset.
• An eye for fashion and trend awareness is an asset.
• Availability during evenings and weekends for marketing events on an exceptional basis.
