Position : Soft Services Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Soft Services, Health and Safety Manager, the Soft Services Coordinator will proactively manage building services provided by subcontractors and support Mail Room activities.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Contributing to business expansion activities and achieving company financial goals.
  • Developing and managing client relationships to ensure service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Ensuring quality and safety standards in service delivery, including managing subcontractors and conducting inspections.
  • Supporting operational tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, landscaping, snow removal, waste management, pest control, archiving, shredding, and uniform management.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with clients and team members.
  • Participating in organizing events and developing preventive maintenance systems.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations and good documentation practices.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
