This role is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technical professional to take ownership of the entire design process, from concept development to material selection and prototyping.What You’ll Do : Collaborate with project managers and account managers to develop innovative retail display solutionsUtilize AutoCAD & ArtiosCAD to create technical drawings and prototypesEnsure all designs are structurally sound, cost-effective, and sustainableCommunicate with clients to present concepts and ensure alignment with their needsWork independently in the Toronto office, while collaborating with the Montreal-based design teamResearch industry trends and new materials to drive continuous improvementAssist with estimating, RFQ submissions, and production feasibility assessmentsWhat You Bring : 5+ years of experience in corrugated / cardboard display designProficiency in AutoCAD & ArtiosCAD; experience with 3DS Max, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is a plusStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and structural integrityAbility to work autonomously and communicate effectively with a remote teamA problem-solving mindset with a passion for creating innovative and sustainable designsDEC or BACC in Industrial Design, Technical Drawing, or a related fieldMust have a valid driving license and a carAdditional Details : Background Check : A clear background check is required
