Purpose of the Job

Focus on process development, especially for new product introductions (creams, liquids, sterile, and lyophilized products), including process transfer, formula development, and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate production processes; develop suitable processes for JHS equipment.
• Initiate change control documents for new or modified products.
• Prepare manufacturing formulas and protocols.
• Train staff on new formulas and procedures.
• Develop and execute process validation protocols.
• Write and manage validation reports and exception reports.
• Develop sampling plans and write validation reports.
• Support investigations and departmental collaborations.
• Maintain products through troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
