Position : Soft Services Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Health and Safety Manager for Soft Services, this role involves proactively managing building services provided by subcontractors and supporting Mail Room activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contribute to business expansion activities and help achieve the company's financial goals.
• Develop and manage client relationships to ensure service delivery and meet KPIs.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and support Mail Room operations (approx. 20% of time).
• Manage service delivery for RMT and DOR sites, including cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, waste management, pest control, archiving, shredding, and uniform management.
• Establish inspection routines and follow-up with subcontractors to ensure quality.
• Ensure outdoor environment cleanliness and safety, including outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Accurately document work orders and maintain reports according to procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and colleagues about priorities and issues.
• Assist in organizing conference and training rooms, and event spaces.
• Participate in developing preventive maintenance systems.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
