Research Associate Role

Location : Montreal, Canada

The Role

Reporting to a Senior Vice President (Research and Information Operations), you will assist in producing quality research reports, including :

  • Creating visually appealing charts and comprehensive reports.
  • Handling client requests and generating insightful charts using tools like APL, Macrobond, Bloomberg, and Excel.
  • Working with diverse financial and economic data to hone your data-search techniques.
  • Contributing to the production process for various BCA products by creating charts and tables.

    • Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications include :

  • Undergraduate degree in commerce, finance, or economics
  • 1-2 years of research experience (preferably in financial services)
  • Knowledge of statistical packages and financial applications, exposure to time series databases is a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

    • Note : Only candidates based in the greater Montreal area will be considered.
