As a Graphic Designer at Cozey, you’ll conceptualize and execute design projects across digital, print, and web platforms. From crafting engaging emails to editing scroll-stopping social content, you’ll help bring Cozey’s visual story to life. You’ll also contribute to production design tasks, making sure every pixel and print detail is on point.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Brand and Digital Content teams, participating in brainstorms and taking briefs from concept to final delivery—all while staying true to our brand identity. Key Responsibilities

  • Design email campaigns and flows for all markets based on pre-approved themes templates, optimizing for desktop and mobile
  • Execute design projects for all channels, including web, digital ads, print, and social media
  • Translate established briefs into clear, compelling visuals that meet project goals and uphold Cozey’s brand standards
  • Conceptualize, create and edit in-house social content
  • Manage deadlines and workflows for assigned projects
  • Participate actively in brainstorm and feedback sessions

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of design experience
  • Excellent awareness of design and cultural trends
  • A creative, idea-driven mindset and a collaborative spirit
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A sharp eye for detail and consistency and a passion for design excellence
  • Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability to feedback

    • Nice-to-Have

  • Basic video editing experience
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing trends
