The employee in this position will be part of a national team, working with lawyers and professionals across Canada, primarily in English and French. Bilingualism (French and English) is preferred.
This position can be based in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or Montreal . McCarthy Tétrault employees benefit from a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Clients & Markets (C&M) Lead : Main point-of-contact for Industry Groups, Practice Groups, and Priority Clients, helping strategize and execute marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement marketing and business development plans : For industry groups, clients, and strategic issues groups, including target identification, market positioning, and relationship building.
- Provide market intelligence : Analyze trends and opportunities for new business.
- Support lawyer profile building : Help lawyers enhance their market presence.
- Assist with proposals and client reporting : Support RFPs, pitches, and reporting, including review and strategic input.
- Manage budgets and other initiatives : Collaborate on budgets and support various marketing activities.
