Job Responsibilities :
- This individual will be reviewing new applicants in WorkDay, accepting / declining candidates based on their qualifications.
- They will be scheduling screenings with the candidates. If there are no applicants, they will be using LinkedIn premium to solicit people from their networks. If they have no networks, they will be expected to build out networks and make outreach to prospective candidates.
- Attending recruitment events to solicit candidates for the IT project.
- They will only be working on IT-based roles. Due to the fact that it is a 6-month mandate, there is no bandwidth to train the candidate so they must have prior knowledge of IT recruitment.
- High volume recruitment, supporting permanent roles only for a confidential IT project.
- This individual will not be responsible for preparing or negotiating offer letters.
- Engaging in conversations about the talent market, providing internal stakeholders with insights on market data, compensation, capacity, etc.
- Presenting and attending governance meetings with leadership, business partners, and Talent Acquisition.
