The Customer Success Representative plays a vital role in fostering strong, lasting relationships with our clients. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns proactively, and help them maximize their experience on our platform. This role requires empathy, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Providing prompt, empathetic responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Conducting customer education sessions on platform features and functionalities.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve user experience in collaboration with product and development teams.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and developing strategies to enhance engagement and loyalty.

Requirements :

  • Experience in customer service, support, or related client-facing roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with patience and professionalism in challenging interactions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain complex systems and processes.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and customer-centric service practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in French and English; based within Montreal, QC.
