What you will do :

We are seeking candidates with flexible availability, including mornings and evenings during the week, as well as weekends.
At The Rec Room, bartenders are key team members dedicated to providing an exceptional culinary experience. They prepare alcoholic beverages, pour wine and beer for patrons in various settings, and are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about cocktail recipes. They also adapt to customer preferences and work well in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities include taking and fulfilling drink orders, maintaining cleanliness, managing stock, and ensuring safety by verifying IDs and monitoring alcohol consumption.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Legal drinking age

1-2 years of bartending experience

Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Bartending course completion (preferred)

Smart Serve certification (an asset)

Knowledge of drink recipes

Organized with good time management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
