The Specialized Business Services Department is growing rapidly. The department is part of the Omnichannel Capacity and Business Services IT Division, and its main role is to support the IT ecosystem for Desjardins’s specialized business services. We keep operational IT systems up and running on an ongoing basis, help business partners make strategic IT decisions related to expanding operations, among other things, and contribute to upgrading IT systems at Desjardins Group. As an IT Services Management Advisor, you head up application portfolio management for our administrative department and coordinate cross-sector files to help us meet our objectives. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Oversee the administrative department’s application portfolio in collaboration with the application portfolio managers at each department.
  • Head up initiatives to update the application portfolio.
  • Monitor and oversee service governance modernization.
  • Supervise and coordinate application portfolio managers at the administrative department and ensure projects move forward.
  • Manage and review service-level agreements.
  • Prepare and lead alignment meetings for application portfolio managers.
  • Coordinate security postures for applications.
  • Prepare and lead alignment workshops with application portfolio business partners.
  • Coordinate the risk profile exercise.

  • What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Experience in continuous improvement in the IT field
  • Experience in coordinating files or projects
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Knowledge of application segmentation
  • Knowledge of ITIL
