Summary

Under the authority of the Deputy Director of BIM, the incumbent supports the development of BIM in projects and data management tools within the activities of the Infrastructure Vice-presidency.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contribute, with the CDT team and all stakeholders, to the development of BIM processes for design, construction, commissioning, and operation of models.
• Influence and guide clients on the BIM approach to adopt through questioning processes to ensure alignment between needs, uses, and mandates.
• Act as a facilitator between project teams, CAD technicians, and maintenance to ensure effective integration of client needs.
• Support project managers, technical responsables, and external professionals in implementing the BIM Management Plan (PGB).
• Communicate and ensure understanding of ADM procedures and standards through organizing and leading meetings with internal and external professionals.
• Maintain BIM knowledge within teams by developing a training plan aligned with responsibilities and execution modes.
• Stay updated on technological advancements to evaluate new solutions for optimizing team and project performance.
• Enhance project quality and efficiency by facilitating collaboration via BIM360 platform and coordination tools.
• Promote BIM within the organization to ensure its development and stakeholder engagement.
