A background in Citrix is valued (even at a junior level), and familiarity with monitoring and data visualization tools such as Grafana, Power BI, or InfluxDB is considered a strong asset. Automation & Scripting : Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for infrastructure automation and operational tasks. Improve existing automation frameworks to enhance deployment speed, configuration consistency, and system monitoring. System Administration : Provide L2 / L3 support for Windows environments in a hybrid or on-prem infrastructure. Assist with Citrix Virtual Apps / Desktop environments (user provisioning, policy updates, basic troubleshooting). Maintain documentation and scripts in version-controlled repositories. Monitoring & Reporting : Integrate and maintain monitoring dashboards using Grafana, Power BI, or similar tools. Analyze performance trends and generate reports based on system and user metrics. 5+ years of experience as a Windows or Citrix Administrator. ~ Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques. ~ Solid understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory basics, and group policy management. ~ Exposure to Citrix environments (Citrix Studio, Citrix Director, or Virtual Apps & Desktops). Experience with monitoring or analytics tools : Grafana, Power BI, InfluxDB. Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and Agile working methods. 3 days on-site per week in Montreal. Candidate must be located in Montreal or willing to relocate English fluency, French is a plus.
