Position :
Business Development Manager
TouchSuite Canada is looking for a Business Development Manager to work out of our newly established branch in Montreal.
Responsibilities :
- Develop strategies to contribute to continuous quality improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Prepare sales contracts and proposals as per set guidelines.
- Monitor sales activities, maintain records, and compile reports.
- Work with new customers to understand their business needs and offer solutions.
- Conduct sales calls with potential customers and deliver sales presentations following the company’s sales plan.
- Establish strong sales relationships by understanding clients' needs and offering value-added solutions.
- Maintain detailed account profiles on all targets.
- Manage, monitor, and report on sales targets regularly.
- Attend internal and external sales meetings.
- Perform any additional duties as required.
