As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Funding team, including both earned and contributed revenue programmes. You will strategically promote the IFRS Foundation's diverse products across Accounting and Sustainability, including licensing, IFRS Digital, the IFRS Sustainability Alliance, the FSA Credential, and other initiatives. Your role involves leading the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns to achieve revenue and fundraising goals. You will measure campaign impact to refine strategies and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet their marketing needs.

Principal accountabilities

  • Plan and manage global marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, web, ads, and events.
  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot and other platforms for channel marketing campaigns.
  • Review and improve lead nurture email workflows, updating content as needed.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Track and report marketing performance across channels, including website, email, social media, and Google Ads.
  • Create compelling content with internal teams, including web copy, emails, social posts, presentations, and basic videos.
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to understand marketing needs and deliver effective campaigns and materials.
  • Coordinate with IASB and ISSB communication directors to ensure messaging consistency and integration with board communications.
  • Translate technical content into clear marketing language to resonate with target audiences and enhance product positioning.

Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience in global marketing and communications, ideally in professional services targeting C-suite audiences.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with minimal oversight.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like HubSpot for email campaigns and demand generation.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising tools and analytics.
  • Ability to craft engaging content that simplifies technical concepts for web, email, and social channels (basic video editing preferred).
  • Experience with analytics tools like Looker Studio for reporting.
  • B2B service selling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
