About the Role

The SEO Account Manager will be the main contact for a portfolio of e-commerce clients, ensuring their campaigns are effectively executed and deliver measurable results. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of SEO. Candidates should have at least 4 years of SEO experience.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management : Build strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Communicate SEO strategies, results, and next steps through meetings, emails, and reports.
  • Manage client expectations regarding project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • SEO Campaign Execution : Collaborate with strategists, content teams, and developers to implement campaigns effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee technical audits, content optimization, and backlink strategies to meet client goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Create clear, actionable reports linking SEO metrics to business outcomes, highlighting successes and improvement areas.
  • Present data and trends to clients in an understandable and impactful manner.
  • Strategic Growth : Identify upsell opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning services to meet their needs.
  • Stay updated with SEO trends and share innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in SEO or related digital marketing roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts while ensuring high-quality deliverables and satisfaction.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
  • Proven track record of building trust through transparency and delivering measurable SEO results.
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce SEO is a strong plus.
