Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary resource for all translation activities for Ricoh North America. Provide guidance on French Canadian terminology. Offer translation recommendations based on legal and business understanding. Maintain and update a company-specific glossary. Build positive relationships and communicate effectively in both languages. Represent the company professionally, adhering to Ricoh’s code of ethics. Produce high-quality work independently. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Translation or related field. At least 3 years of relevant translation experience. Ability to produce publishable quality documents in both English and French. Skills :
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Sound judgment regarding outsourcing in high-volume situations. Team player with the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Discretion and confidentiality in handling diverse documents.
