To be more specific, here's what you'll be doing :

Develop strategies for traditional and digital campaigns

Train and coach assistant strategists and analysts

Identify multi-service needs (SEO, analytics and technology) and account innovation opportunities

To succeed in this role, you must :

Relevant experience in the field, preferably in an agency environment

University degree in marketing, communications, e-commerce, business intelligence or related field

Strategic skills in 360 media planning (traditional and digital media)

Experience in customer management and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Good knowledge and familiarity with the Quebec and Canadian media industry

Solid understanding of digital planning principles

Mastery of media tools such as COMMB, Telmar, Nlogic Lens radio and television

Good grounding in web analytics (Google Analytics or other digital performance analysis tools)

What you already have or are motivated to develop :

Ability to manage a project on medium or large accounts

Ability to mobilize a team around a project

Very good knowledge of Excel (we use Google Sheets)

Research and analysis skills with great attention to detail

Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written (to serve our clients well)

In-depth knowledge of the Quebec media ecosystem
