We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Development Rep to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

  • Cold call new client and pitch our products
  • Prospecting using social media
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide product information and assist customers in navigating our services.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
  • Utilize CRM to track customer interactions and manage account details.
  • Negotiate terms with customers as needed to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay informed about market trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support.

Skills

  • Strong background in sales with a focus on account customer service
  • Proficiency in CRM software is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French.
  • Experience in technical sales or business development is advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
