About the Role

Join our design team at CapIntel as a Product Designer, where collaboration fuels innovation and autonomy empowers ownership. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to create intuitive, visually appealing, user-centered designs for enterprise-level SaaS web applications. You will contribute to the entire design process, from wireframing to visual design to prototyping, ensuring a seamless user experience within a complex ecosystem of financial products. At CapIntel, we believe both UX and UI are essential components of successful product design, and we seek a candidate with high standards in both disciplines.

What you’ll do

Conduct user research, create wireframes, build prototypes, develop high-fidelity designs, and iterate based on feedback.
Ensure designs align with business goals and provide seamless experiences within a complex product ecosystem.
Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to craft impactful design solutions.
Help shape industry-leading wealthtech products that assist people in building their financial futures.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand objectives, the product roadmap, and identify opportunities for optimal user experience.

What We’re Looking For

At least 4 years of proven experience in UI / UX design for responsive web applications.

Experience using user personas, journey maps, and user flows throughout the design process.

Experience collaborating with UX Researchers, Content Designers, and other Product Designers to improve user experience.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with established design systems.

Bonus Experience

Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and contextual inquiries.

Knowledge of WCAG and ARIA standards for accessible design.

Experience in fintech / wealthtech, enterprise SaaS, or investment banking industries.

Experience working in B2B2C environments and navigating compliance-heavy industries.
