Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of business goals, user needs, and market trends.
- Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions that align with the overall strategy.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points, user behaviors, and preferences.
- Develop user personas based on target customers.
- Create user journeys to analyze how a customer interacts with a product.
- Perform user testing to validate design decisions and identify problems.
- Build wireframes and prototypes to hone in on what the final product will look like.
- Use research insights to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Develop high-quality UI / UX design solutions that adhere to design principles, usability standards, and brand guidelines.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on user testing results and stakeholder feedback.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including user personas, user flows, and design specifications.
- Ensure that design assets are organized and easily accessible for the development team.
