Regular full-time position based in Montreal
Missions / Main Duties
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users.
- Ensure the processing and resolution of requests using the ticketing system in place.
- Ensure the installation of hardware and software components.
- Configure equipment, perform installations for users, and monitor performance.
- Participate in the writing and updating of computer documentation.
- Update hardware and software inventory.
- Participate in various IT projects, installations and updating of computer equipment.
- Keep abreast of technological developments related to the industry.
- Perform any task or mandate related to the position at the request of the IT manager.
