Hello,
My name is Fiona, and I am a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, specializing in finance professional recruitment in Montreal's South Shore. We handle both temporary and permanent placements in accounting, finance, and payroll. We are looking for a Management Accountant for a company in the food sector located in Longueuil (Hybrid work model).
Responsibilities
- Report to the Director of Finance and Administration.
- Carry out mandates and act as a consultant in accounting.
- Collaborate on various accounting and financial files.
- Perform accounting operations and supervise daily accounting activities for the federation's funds.
- Conduct financial controls and analyses.
- Prepare budget forecasts and monthly financial statements, explaining variances.
- Manage audit files and ensure follow-up.
- Oversee financial follow-up of subsidy files, monitor cash flow, and analyze financial data.
- Serve as a resource in the use of accounting software.
- Participate in invoicing processes and monitor contribution collections.
- Coordinate accounting team work, manage projects, and produce reports.
