Your role as a Business Intelligence Analyst :
As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving our business intelligence solutions forward. Your primary focus will be on gathering requirements, creating impactful data visualizations, and leveraging your deep understanding of business dynamics to inform product development. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, and a strong grasp of business principles.
What you'll be doing :
Conduct in-depth discussions with internal and external stakeholders to identify and understand their business needs and challenges.
Develop clear and concise user stories and epics that reflect both technical requirements and business objectives.
Utilize your understanding of business metrics and KPIs to craft visualizations that effectively communicate key performance indicators and trends.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Foster collaboration between development teams, business stakeholders, and other relevant departments to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that delivered products meet high standards of quality and usability.
Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and use insights to drive continuous improvement in BI solutions.

This role requires proficiency in English to interact with international colleagues outside of Quebec. Mastery of English, both spoken and written, is essential.
