This is a temporary position for 12 months.

As a product administration advisor, you will provide administrative support to Desjardins components and assist in managing specialized products and member / client accounts. Your role involves advising and assisting clients and partners as part of intervention and development initiatives. You will recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies, and programs. Your projects require extensive knowledge of your line of work, and you will prepare recommendations, solutions, and action plans aligned with the organization’s objectives and priorities. You will also solve complex problems using your analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of your business area. Coordination and stakeholder interaction are critical, making interpersonal savvy essential. Your specific responsibilities include :

  • Diagnose issues, challenges, and needs to determine target outcomes
  • Develop and help implement objectives, solutions, and action plans
  • Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations, and write reports
  • Carry out projects and initiatives related to your line of work
  • Advise and assist practitioners and organizational units regarding your area of expertise

  • What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency in English is necessary due to the duties, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients
  • Business insight, Interpersonal Savvy
