In this hybrid role, you'll work closely with multiple teams and Product Owners to optimize delivery practices, eliminate blockers, and drive forward strategic initiatives.Must-Have Qualifications : 5+ years as a Scrum Master guiding multiple Agile teamsExperience with Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Advanced RoadmapsFluency in French (written and spoken)Strong understanding of Agile principles and project planningExperience managing simultaneous projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsNice-to-Have Qualifications : Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe)Knowledge of MS Project, EPMExperience creating / delivering training content
