You’ll work closely with product managers, sales, and marketing teams to bring innovative solutions to life — while keeping speed, quality, and user delight at the forefront. Understand client and internal stakeholder needs to design compelling, user-centric products Continuously adjust designs based on team and client input to deliver top-quality results Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field ~2–5 years of experience in product design, UI / UX, or a related area ~ A strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design thinking ~ Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design / prototyping tools (e.g., Work directly with visionary startup founders and top operators Your designs will be used by tens of thousands (and growing) Creative freedom : We value innovation, speed, and smart risk-taking
