Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Manager based in Montreal, QC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for managing the top of the funnel and sales operations, and leading the sales development team. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, developing SDR sequences, coaching SDR to improve their lead to deal conversion ratio and provide feedback to Marketing in improving our inbound activities. The role also involves regular communication with clients and team members to streamline sales processes and improve overall sales performance.
Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management
- Lead Qualification : Ensure fast response times and proper scoring based on ICP
- Routing : Assign qualified leads to appropriate AEs or nurture if not sales-ready.
- CRM Hygiene : Maintain clean, enriched lead records in HubSpot.
