Managing public projects
Search for subcontractors
Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors
Awarding of contracts and purchase orders
Production and schedule monitoring
Follow-up with the client, architects, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors
Visit to the construction site
Site meeting
Change management and change issuance
Periodic budget analysis
Verification of payment requests from subcontractors and suppliers
Coordinate the different stages of the projects

Skills sought

Have 2 to 5 years of experience in construction project management

Have a good knowledge of architecture

Have a good command of construction cost estimation

Demonstrate autonomy

Knowing how to manage priorities

Respect the deadlines

Managing stress well

Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

Have good negotiation skills

Be proactive

Have ease with interpersonal communications

Have good spoken and written French
