  • Visit to the construction site
  • Site meeting
  • Change management and change issuance
  • Periodic budget analysis
  • Verification of payment requests from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Coordinate the different stages of the projects

Skills sought

  • Have 2 to 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Have a good knowledge of architecture
  • Have a good command of construction cost estimation
