General Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and update HR documents.
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Manage general administrative tasks such as office organization, supplies inventory, and document management.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Assist in processing payroll-related documentation and employee timesheets.
- Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist with event planning, including quarterly events, company gatherings.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and itineraries of executives.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned.
