About the Team

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at SSENSE you are at the forefront of our talent efforts leading the charge in attracting top talent while collaborating with business leaders to align our recruitment strategies with our business objectives.

As an accomplished Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner this is a unique opportunity for you to influence using your experience and make an impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

You'll work on roles across Canada, the US and other countries across the globe, identifying top talent mainly for our Technology teams at SSENSE.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you'll be a part of a team, supporting roles in Corporate, Operations, and Technology.

The role is hybrid and you will be required to come into the office 1-2 days a week and as needed by the business. Do you think that you are up to the challenge?

  • You will own the full-cycle recruitment process to meet staffing needs across various levels and departments.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire from a diverse range of talent.
  • Establish and manage solid relationships with various candidate networks and job applicants to ensure that they receive the best candidate experience through every interaction with our organization.
  • Partner with Human Resources and hiring managers to ensure job requirements are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against well-defined criteria.
  • Lead and participate in projects that contribute to improvements in process, employer brand, systems, and other HR related areas.
  • Build and maintain solid relationship with senior leaders in the organization and proactively provide them with best practises recruitment advice and talent mapping when required
  • Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative research sourcing strategies

Qualifications

How To Excel In This Role

  • Have at least 7 years of proven experience in a similar recruiting capacity, with a focus on recruiting senior and leadership corporate and technology roles.
  • Understand clearly the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and use of an Application Tracking System (ATS) to track and consign candidate details and notes.
  • Possess extensive knowledge and solid understanding of the use of social media and of artificial intelligence tools in recruitment
  • Strong ability to recruit and interact with hiring managers at all levels of the organization from entry to executive level
  • Solid headhunting, sourcing, and recruiting experience with an experience recruiting in the Montreal and Quebec markets.
  • Very good knowledge and experience of employer branding and its deployment in talent attraction tactics and strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English is required as French is the working language in Quebec
