SummaryOur Gaming client is seeking a Director of Product Management who will report directly to the President of the company and will be responsible for defining and driving strategies for products, features, and content.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the ongoing needs and expectations of the Gaming / FPS / MOBA community and industry.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design and Marketing teams to ensure successful GTM strategies. They are looking for someone who is results-driven and someone who is excited to bring their ideas to fruition.

Skills & Requirements : 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent (i.e. program management, project management, or similar) in the esports industryAbility to collect and utilize objective and subjective input to make product decisionsExecute releases and communicate product plans / resultsAbility to lead complex project launchesEagerness to dive into details, find creative solutions, and take responsibility for your workIdentify and resolve issuesAbility to handle deadlines and shifting priorities, and work independently whenever necessaryExperience in a startup environmentPassion for video games; especially FPS
