Job Description : We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Technical Project Manager to join our team and help drive our projects to success.

Responsibilities : Lead the planning and implementation of project solutions in a Scrum / Agile environment.Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with nearshore / offshore external teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Manage project timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Serve as a servant leader and coach to the development team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to report project status and resolve any impediments.

Requirements : Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a technology or fintech environment.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup atmosphere.

Experience in managing both internal and external (nearshore / offshore) teams.Strong foundational background in software development and security is expected.

Bilingualism (English / French) is required for this position.Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent is preferred.

Nice to have : Experience in Fintech, Lending and / or PaymentsExperience with security frameworks such SOC2, PCI DSS or ISO 27001Experience with the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) program
