PURPOSE

Your are an Architect and want to go to the next step and lead a team. This role is for you! The Manager Technical lead is responsible for managing all development and Integration projects and ensuring on time delivery.

They must guide a team of developers and Integration analysts in the development and maintenance of the dev and Integration stacks.

The Manager Technical Lead responsibilities include optimizing business operations, setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and programs and improving the current IT infrastructure.

To be successful, the Manager Technical Lead should have excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.

You should also have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Oversees all Internal and External development efforts.
• Sets all the development standards for the company and 3rd parties.
• Manages all pushes to staging and production for all development.
• Acts as a support for a team of developers and Integration Analysts, establishes development standards and audits code and interfaces.
• Develops, tests, integrates, supports and maintains applications following the standards of the development cycle methodology.
• Ensures the delivery of high-quality code in a timely manner across a variety of project engagements.
• Resolves production issues identified with solutions supported by development team.
• Prioritizes systems errors affecting the business.
• Participates in multiple phases of projects, including requirements gathering, software design, development, and testing.
• Demonstrates an understanding of application coding, performance, scalability, reliability and security.
• Ensures the use of documents and standard methodology for each request or project (Technical documentation, processes, error handling )
• Ensures that applications developed are tested.
• Puts in place and follow up on alerts for critical processes.
• Collaborates with Infra & Business Analysts to ensure that our applications are always available and performing well.
• Find ways in which to improve our IT department’s functions so they support our future goals.
• Evaluating internal functions, development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements.
• Identify ways to increase employee knowledge and skills to support future growth.
• Find ways in which to improve our operations and system stability.
• Manage and support all integration operations in IT

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in a full stack development role, or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Software Development, or a relevant field
• Extensive development knowledge specifically around server side and client-side
• Experience integrating Web service calls and / or RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .Net Framework 4.5+, .NETCORE, SQL and code versioning tools such as Azure DevOps and Git
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodology
• Knowledge of Power Platform and MS Azure ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of integration stack and integration between systems (ERP, e-commerce, CRM, BI, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and create detailed user documentation
• Ability to prioritize and work with deadlines.
• Innovator with quick absorption of new technologies; strong understanding of technology solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a member of cross functional teams.
