Your role

  • Understand well graphic design, MAC environment, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Qualities : Structured, organized, autonomous, collaborative, conscientious
  • Apply advance understanding for composition, color, typography, iconography, texture, photographic curation, and usability to help users successfully navigate dynamic multimedia experiences
  • Help elaborating the visual direction of a project to shape and position ideas for customer impact
  • Contribute to the creation of new design systems and apply them
  • Effectively communicate with teams and clients around project specifications and objectives
  • Apply visual design feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Develop relationships across a project team, specifically with technical team members and software developers but also Strategy partners to communicate specifications of digital / physical components.

The qualifications we are looking for

  • 4 to 6+ years’ experience
  • Good knowledges of visual and sensory systems design
  • Good interaction web, and mobile design system
  • Follow design process and specifications documentation
  • Component-based design-development
  • Figma required
  • Our Hybrid Workplace Policy establishes that associates need to have a reliable transportation to and from our corporate head office located in Boucherville (Quebec), to come to the office on a regular basis.
  • We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written.
