About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract and own our content engine from strategy through execution. You'll run a high-volume webinar program, shape how our brand shows up in search and AI-generated answers, and tell our story across email, blog, gated assets, partnerships, press, and speaking engagements.

This is a hands-on role for a strong writer and strategist who is energized by variety, comfortable with volume, and excited to use AI to work smarter without losing the human voice that makes content worth reading/listening to.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Webinars and Speaking Engagements

  • Plan, produce, and promote 15 or more webinars over the 12-month contract, covering topic selection, speaker recruitment, run-of-show, hosting, and follow-up

  • Repurpose each webinar into blog posts, clips, email sequences, and gated assets

  • Track registration, attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence, and use the results to improve future events

  • Identify, pitch, and secure speaking opportunities at conferences, podcasts, and industry events for company leaders and subject matter experts

  • Prepare talk tracks, and supporting materials for speaking engagements

2. Content and Campaign Creation

  • Own the editorial calendar and publish high-quality blog content, managing freelance or internal contributors as needed

  • Develop and run email programs (newsletters, nurture sequences, event promotion), with A/B testing to improve performance

  • Produce long-form assets such as whitepapers, reports, checklists, and original research, planned around funnel stage, persona, and campaign goals

  • Write copy for all marketing campaigns, including landing pages, paid ads, email, videos, and launches

  • Partner with product marketing, demand gen, design, and sales to keep messaging consistent and conversion-focused

3. SEO, AEO, and AI (Search Visibility and Smarter Workflows)

  • Lead keyword research and content strategy aligned with search intent and the buyer journey

  • Optimize content to rank in traditional search and to be cited by AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews

  • Use generative AI to accelerate research, drafting, repurposing, and analysis, with human review, fact-checking, and originality standards applied to all output

  • Build and document AI-assisted workflows and prompts, along with processes, editorial calendars, and a final results report, so the team can keep momentum after the contract ends

4. Partnerships and PR (Earned and Shared Reach)

  • Build and manage co-marketing programs with technology partners, integrations, and industry organizations, including joint webinars, co-authored content, and cross-promotion

  • Serve as the content point of contact for partner teams

  • Craft press releases, pitches, bylines, and thought-leadership pieces

What we want from you:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that shows range

  • Proven experience running webinars or virtual events at scale

  • Working knowledge of SEO and a growing understanding of AEO and generative search

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (bonus points for HubSpot) and analytics tools

  • Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools in your content workflow, with good judgment about where they help and where they don't

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

  • Comfort collaborating with external partners, media, and speakers

  • Data-minded approach: you set goals, measure results, and iterate

What you will get from us:

  • A competitive and progressive salary;

  • A group RRSP employer contribution up to 5%;

Who We Are

Join Fresh Prep — a dynamic leader revolutionizing how Canadians experience food through sustainable meal kit delivery. As one of Canada's fastest-growing companies and a certified B Corporation, we're committed to making it easier for people to eat well and live better.

We're proud to be recognized as a workplace where innovation meets impact. Our collaborative culture brings together passionate food lovers, sustainability champions, and tech innovators who are reshaping the future of food.

Who You Are

You take pride in putting in a hard day's work and value being rewarded for it. You value an organization that is doing good by its people, the planet, and building prosperity. If that sounds like you, here are some of the other characteristics our current Team Members share:

  • Reliable & Dependable: You like to see a job well done and make sure things are done the right way. You show up for every scheduled shift on time and ready to work.

  • Adaptable: You're comfortable being cross-trained and moving between tasks or departments as production needs change through the week.

  • Responsible: You're a self-starter who can work independently once you know the task, without needing constant supervision.

  • Ready to Grow: Fresh Prep is a growing company with real opportunities for advancement. Many of our Team Leads and Supervisors started in this exact role.

  • Open: You welcome constructive feedback and aren't afraid to share your own ideas. You approach problems from both a practical and an empathetic point of view.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, entry-level role on our production floor. Every meal kit that arrives at a customer's door passes through the hands of our Production team — from raw ingredients to a fully packed, route-sorted delivery.

Production Associates are trained and scheduled across our production departments based on daily and weekly volume. Depending on the day, your shift, and where you're trained, you may be working in any of the following areas:

  • Prep — Weighing, portioning, and packing individual ingredients into the components that make up each recipe.

  • Commissary — Producing sauces, spice blends, and other components made in-house.

  • Packaging — Assembling portioned ingredients into complete, customized meal kits.

  • Order Pick — Selecting the items in each customer's customized order and combining them into cooler bags sorted by delivery route.

  • Materials Cleaning — Washing and sanitizing the coolers, kits, totes, bins, and equipment that keep production running.

Across all of these areas, you will:

  • Work in a temperature-controlled environment maintained between 4–6°C (yes, that's four degrees above freezing) for most of your shift

  • Work to specific volume targets and delivery windows — this is a just-in-time operation, so the pace is fast and the deadlines are real

  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times, and help maintain a clean, healthy, food-safe facility

  • Be cross-trained over time into additional departments, which makes you more valuable to the team and opens up more shift options

  • Take on other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, or another fast-paced production environment is an asset, but not required — we train

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a cold, temperature-controlled environment for the length of your shift

  • Able to stand and remain on your feet for the full shift

  • Able to perform repetitive tasks and repetitive hand and arm motions

  • Able to lift objects up to 30 lbs (13 kg)

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada

  • Willing to be cross-trained and scheduled across multiple production departments

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing, with a dotted line to the Sales Operations Director and Marketing Director, and be responsible for conducting detailed analyses of sales and marketing data to extract insights that inform Sekure's business development and drive growth: performance management and reporting, forecasting, attribution, and the building of analytical tools to optimize strategy and performance across the full funnel.

What a typical day looks like:

  • You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Intel & Tech to provide insights and build forecasting tools and predictive models used by leadership to allocate resources effectively.
  • You will own the numbers on both sides of the funnel: lead source and channel performance, cost per lead and cost per acquisition, conversion by segment, speed to lead, AE productivity, and close rates.
  • You will conduct ongoing data modelling and analysis with a critical eye and follow the data wherever it leads, proactively identifying opportunities to improve business performance, operations, and productivity.
  • You will build experimentation into how we work. Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns, sales messaging, and outreach sequences, and help teams structure their own tests to avoid decisions on gut feel.
  • You will build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Dynamics 365, working from the data models maintained by our Revenue Intel & Tech team rather than building parallel pipelines.
  • You will work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to translate your findings into rich, audience-appropriate interactive visualizations, recommend actionable business initiatives, and provide automated reports that let them track KPIs assigned to those action items.
  • You will partner with Marketing and Revenue Intel & Tech to maintain shared definitions for lead sources, lifecycle stages, and attribution rules, so that everyone in the business is working from the same numbers.

This role is for you if:

  • You have 2+ years of sales and/or marketing data analytics experience and a demonstrated track record that underscores your analytical and problem solving abilities including: dashboard and report building, data and attribution modelling, predictive analysis, and funnel metrics.
  • You build with AI, not just alongside it. You have hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code, Cortex Code, or Codex, whether at work or on your own time, and you reach for them to prototype, automate, and move faster.
  • You are comfortable serving two stakeholders. You can prioritize competing requests, push back when something isn't worth the effort, and work without a senior analyst above you.
  • You are a strong communicator and presenter. You understand that not everyone is as excited about analytics as they should be, and are able to interpret your findings, distill, and present the correct information to the right audience from the executive level down.

Required experience:

  • SQL and MS Excel
  • Power BI (Tableau or similar asset)
  • CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Journeys
  • Digital analytics and tagging: GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Multi-touch attribution and lead source analysis
  • Experimentation and A/B testing: test design, sample sizing, statistical significance, and reading results
  • Paid media platform data: Google Ads, Meta, display and programmatic
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English
  • Contact or call centre platform experience is an asset
  • Bonus points if you include a portfolio, dashboard, or side project built with AI tooling. We care more about what you've made than where you made it.

  • Plateformes CRM, idéalement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Journeys

Job Description

WB Games Montréal, a division of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, is looking for a Technical Co-Development Manager to join our team.

Your New Role…

In this role, you will help shape how internal teams and external partners collaborate, scale, and deliver exceptional game experiences in a multi-studio development environment within the WB Games studios ecosystem.

As such, you will lead and support programming leaders, programmers, and technical experts across multiple internal co-development mandates. You will work with disciplines such as systems programming, gameplay programming, UI programming, technical art, technical level design, and technical animation.

You will play a key role in creating the conditions for teams to do their best work by strengthening co-development alignment, improving collaboration, and ensuring technical groups have the clarity, support, and structure they need to succeed.

Your Role Accountabilities...

You will be responsible for coordinating effort of the technical WB Games Montreal (WBGM) groups and employees across projects, identify and remove risks, support onboarding, establish effective collaboration practices, and enable teams to deliver against milestones in a complex AAA production environment.

This is a people leadership and co-development enablement role. While you will partner closely with technical and production leadership, the focus of the position is not to own the technical vision or production priorities, but to lead technical experts, support team health, and drive consistent execution across studios.

Your impact will be reflected in strong team alignment, effective partner collaboration, talent growth, clear operating rhythms, and reliable milestone delivery at the expected quality level.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and develop WBGM co-development technical teams, including programming leaders, engineers, and senior technical experts across multiple mandates.
  • Partner with WBGM studio leadership and external stakeholders on recruitment planning, team structure, staffing strategy, and project ramp-up.
  • Establish clear operating rhythms, collaboration practices, and escalation paths across internal, remote, and external partner teams.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks across project mandates, technical disciplines, and studio cultures.
  • Lead technical staff onboarding at WBGM and facilitate project onboarding with external partners to accelerate team integration.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, engagement, and delivery health, escalating risks when appropriate.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and support technical employees through performance reviews, career development, and objective setting.

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a Technical Director role focused on owning the technical vision.
  • Not a hands-on technical role focused on directly implementing game features.
  • Not a traditional project-dedicated lead role focused on feature ownership.
  • Not a producer’s role focused on planning or project priorities.

What This Role Is

  • A co-development technical group leader and direct people manager.
  • A front-line co-development ambassador.
  • Team building expert and staffing key advisor.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant game development experience, including leadership responsibilities across the full development cycle from concept to release.
  • Experience shipping at least two AAA titles in a leadership capacity.
  • A track record of managing multiple teams, mandates, or partner relationships across internal, remote, and external studio environments.
  • The ability to understand technical constraints, trade-offs, and delivery risks, and to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership, team building, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine pipelines is an asset.
  • Fluency in English is required; French/English bilingualism is highly desirable.
