What is the opportunity?We will provide you with the tools, training and support you need to successfully complete the Damage Insurance Certificate delivered by l’Autorité des marches financiers (AMF) and the Other than Life (OTL) Ontario insurance license and other provinces.As an RBC Customer Service and Sales Advisor (Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto), you’ll be the trusted voice on the other end of the phone providing insurance advice and options to help clients protect what’s important to them. You’re empathetic, helpful friendly and provide clear, upfront insurance advice for clients. With every conversation, you’re curious, caring and detail-oriented, with a focus on problem and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will contribute to individual and team sales goals by proactively recommending personal home and auto insurance solutions to new and existing clients, as well as referring them to your partners within the organization.What will you do?Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs through inbound calls
Exhibit a consistent, positive client experience with every conversation and resolve client concerns at first point of contact, demonstrating relationship building through meaningful discussions
Complete personalized needs assessments and reviews by leveraging tools, resources, and calculators to demonstrate value and support advice recommendations
Demonstrate a solid understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting and updating home & auto insurance policies
Use procedures effectively and seamlessly during conversations with clients
Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team
Willingness and ability to successfully obtain the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate delivered by l’Autorité des marchés financiers and the General Insurance License for Ontario Other Than Life and other provinces.
Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French speaking needs.
High level of reading, comprehension and speaking in both languages
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships and connect with clients
Flexibility to work all shifts within the hours of operation. The Home & Auto Advice Centre is open Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 8:30pm
Digital literacy across a broad range of services (i.e. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.)

Post-secondary education

Job Summary
As an Animal Care Clerk for our Toxicology team located in Laval, you will be responsible for the well-being of our laboratory animals. Your contribution will ensure the health of our animals, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.
In this role, primary responsibilities include:
- Ensure the cleanliness of the living environment of the animals according to the highest standards of welfare in the industry (clean the animal rooms and the cages);
- Assist the Animal Health Technicians in their daily tasks;
- Handle animals with care;
- Participate in the physical/social activities of the animals.

Your Position
As part of our National Sales team, the Neurology Account Manager must be curious, adaptable and accountable in order to achieve the business goals and sales objectives of Lundbeck Canada. The Neurology Account Manager reports to the National Sales Manager, Neurology.

You are expected to immediately forward any reports of adverse events or special situations on our products as well as any product complaints or counterfeit or suspected counterfeit medicine to Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance () as per training on current procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve territory sales objectives for all Lundbeck promoted products in neurology.
- Achieve reach and frequency of actions as per the business plan and objectives - including visibility on the ground —as established by the sales and marketing team for each cycle.
- Fully understand and promote Lundbeck neurology products and services to HCPs and relevant clinics, using sales cycle promotional material in an efficient and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relations with clients (doctors, nurses, and business partners); identify their needs; inform them about Lundbeck’s high-quality products.
- In accordance with the national strategic plan, develop a business plan and identify and implement key tactics to maximize selling efforts, to optimize growth opportunities and achieve sales objectives in their territory and nationally.
- Manage activity territory budget to optimize reach and targeted customer interaction.
- Collaborate with sales team members and other departments -including marketing, medical, patient access teams and sales colleagues- to offer tailored solutions and maximize neurology product(s) potential and sales.
- Prepare and analyze each visit and call as per the procedure in place (pre-call planning, SMART objectives, post-call analysis) with the goal of moving customers along the adoption ladder.
- Effectively implement needs-based, certified programs (CHEs) and other learning activities (OLAs) as per cycle plan of action and follow up to optimize impact.
- Work closely with the Medical Science Liaison and Medical Education teams to identify educational opportunities and develop advocacy in territory.
- Use the CRM (Customer Relations Management system) to ensure that field activities are captured and documented.
- Use the sales and performance report system (KPIs) to optimize your performance across the territory.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business administration
- A minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry preferably with experience in neurology or 2 years with experience in neurology
- Mastery to present scientific data on product with clarity using promotional tools and approved clinical trials
- Proven track record of promoting products and managing clients in a knowledge-intensive sector; experience working with neurologists an asset
- Strong business acumen and business analytical skills
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Familiar with the use of technology (iPad, apps, CRM, etc.) including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, ect.)
- Must have a valid driving licence in Canada

The Architect I is responsible for assessing and designing complex solutions to meet our Quebec client’s technology and business needs.
