La personne titulaire du poste est responsable de fournir l’assistance technique aux membres du personnel en ce qui a trait aux équipements informatiques et aux logiciels de bureautique utilisés dans le but d’en assurer le bon fonctionnement. En collaboration avec son équipe, elle participe à la mise à jour des systèmes d’exploitation, des logiciels ainsi que des périphériques de l’infrastructure technologique de l’Ordre.
Principales responsabilités / activités
- Reçoit, traite, résout et documente les demandes de services, les incidents ainsi que les problèmes. Identifie et transmet les incidents ou les problématiques de nature plus complexe à son équipe;
- Effectue l’installation, la configuration, l’entretien, la réparation et le remplacement des équipements ainsi que des logiciels de bureautique. Voit à l’entretien ainsi qu’à l’installation sur les prêts d’équipements, s’assure de leur retour dans un délai raisonnable et de leur bon fonctionnement;
- Réalise le maintien de l’inventaire des équipements et des logiciels de l’infrastructure technologique de l’Ordre;
- Assure la formation en matière d’utilisation des équipements et des logiciels, notamment lors de l’arrivée d’un nouveau ou d’une nouvelle membre du personnel ou de changements technologiques impliquant le personnel de l’Ordre;
- Participe à la rédaction ainsi qu’à la mise à jour des guides et procédures d’utilisation des équipements et des logiciels;
- Contribue à la réalisation de tâches diverses dans différents projets de sa direction et participe à l’analyse de différentes solutions;
- Prépare et assure la disponibilité du matériel pour les centres d’examen et, au besoin, offre un soutien sur place pendant la tenue de ceux-ci;
- Effectue la gestion et veille à l’exactitude des comptes utilisateurs liés à l’infrastructure technologique de l’Ordre lors de la mobilité de personnel, plus particulièrement lors des arrivées et des départs;
- Effectue toute autre tâche requise dans le cadre de ses fonctions.
Ce poste demande une présence au bureau de 4 jours par semaine du lundi au jeudi. Vendredi en télétravail.
La personne titulaire du poste doit être disponible pour effectuer des heures supplémentaires lorsque requis.
Qualifications
Formation et expérience
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en informatique ou autre domaine connexe
- 2 à 4 ans d’expérience dans un poste comportant des fonctions et responsabilités similaires.
- Une combinaison de formation dans ce domaine et d'années d'expérience pertinentes pourrait également être considérée.

As a Laboratory Clerk for our Histology team at the Laval location, you will provide general technical support within the departments.
In this role, primary responsibilities include:
- Prepare the required material needed to perform histology activities;
- Prepare specimens for storage and/or archiving;
- Receive and store chemicals, biological matrices, disposable material and keep inventories up to date;
- Keep the working area and storage room clean and organized.

Job Overview
As a Histology Technician for our team located in Laval, you will be responsible for preparing tissues for microscopic analysis. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

- Perform histology activities such as trimming, decalcification, processing, embedding, cutting, scanning, and staining;

As a Technician for our Necropsy team located in Laval, you will mainly be responsible for performing the post-mortem examination of animals while following the ethical regulations and directives from study plans. Your contribution will ensure the health of our animals, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.
Responsabilités principales
- Dissecting and evaluating animal tissues for pathologists;
- Weigh and document all abnormalities of the organs;
- Euthanize animals prior to performing the necropsy.
Qualifications minimales
- Collegial diploma related to Biological Science or Natural Science;
- Collegial diploma in Animal Health (asset);
- Dissection experience (asset);
- Good observation skills;

What You'll Do
As a member of our Toxicology team, you will:
- Care for and monitor laboratory animals to ensure their health and well-being.
- Administer test items and medications, including various injection techniques and gavage.
- Collect biological samples such as blood and urine.
- Record study observations and data, including body weight, food consumption, and clinical signs.
- Handle animals safely and compassionately.
- Maintain clean and compliant animal housing environments.
- Contribute to critical pre-clinical research that advances human and animal health.
What We're Looking For
You could be a great fit if you have:
- A Diploma in Animal Health, Environmental & Wildlife Management, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Biology, Animal Science, or a related discipline.
- High school diploma, combined with either 2 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Assistant in a research center or 4 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Assistant in a veterinary clinic.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in animal welfare and scientific research
- The ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 20 kg
- The ability to understand written English

L’analyste ou spécialiste principal.e, provisionnement et mesure du risque joue un rôle important dans le soutien des activités de base liées au provisionnement des pertes de crédit attendues (ECL) et au capital économique en aidant à la préparation des ensembles de données, à l’exécution de routines de modèles standards et à la réalisation de contrôles de validation initiaux. Ce rôle contribue aux livrables trimestriels et de fin d’exercice relatifs aux ECL et au capital économique en accomplissant des tâches définies avec rigueur et en veillant à ce que les résultats soient clairement documentés.
L’analyste principal.e contribue au respect des exigences d’IFRS 9 en participant à la mise à jour des données macroéconomiques, des fichiers de scénarios, des intrants liés à l’augmentation significative du risque de crédit (SICR) et de la documentation des contrôles internes. Job Overview
As a Histology Technician for our team located in Laval, you will be responsible for preparing tissues for microscopic analysis. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.
In this role, primary responsibilities include:
- Perform histology activities such as trimming, decalcification, processing, embedding, cutting, scanning, and staining;
- Prepare necessary material requested by procedures;
- Operate necessary laboratory equipment;
- Prepare chemical reagents;
- Prepare shipment and packing of specimens.
Minimum qualifications
We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:
- Collegial Diploma in Science, Biotechnology, or any other related field;
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to details;
- Able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.).
Role Specific Information
- Location: 445 Boul. Armand-Frappier, Laval, QC, H7V 4B3;
- Transportation: Free parking. Near the Montmorency Subway. Electric vehicle charging station;
- Salary: Starting at $21.75/hrs;
- Annual bonus based on performance plan;
- Schedule: Days & Evening shifts. Depending on the needs you must be available to work during days, evening, weekends, and holidays. Regular working hours are between 8am to 4:15 pm, but may be subject to change depending on current studies;
- Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week.

As part of our National Sales team, the Neurology Account Manager must be curious, adaptable and accountable in order to achieve the business goals and sales objectives of Lundbeck Canada. The Neurology Account Manager reports to the National Sales Manager, Neurology.

Responsabilités clés
- Achieve territory sales objectives for all Lundbeck promoted products in neurology.
- Achieve reach and frequency of actions as per the business plan and objectives - including visibility on the ground —as established by the sales and marketing team for each cycle.
- Fully understand and promote Lundbeck neurology products and services to HCPs and relevant clinics, using sales cycle promotional material in an efficient and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relations with clients (doctors, nurses, and business partners); identify their needs; inform them about Lundbeck’s high-quality products.
- In accordance with the national strategic plan, develop a business plan and identify and implement key tactics to maximize selling efforts, to optimize growth opportunities and achieve sales objectives in their territory and nationally.
- Manage activity territory budget to optimize reach and targeted customer interaction.
- Collaborate with sales team members and other departments -including marketing, medical, patient access teams and sales colleagues- to offer tailored solutions and maximize neurology product(s) potential and sales.
- Prepare and analyze each visit and call as per the procedure in place (pre-call planning, SMART objectives, post-call analysis) with the goal of moving customers along the adoption ladder.
- Effectively implement needs-based, certified programs (CHEs) and other learning activities (OLAs) as per cycle plan of action and follow up to optimize impact.
- Work closely with the Medical Science Liaison and Medical Education teams to identify educational opportunities and develop advocacy in territory.
- Use the CRM (Customer Relations Management system) to ensure that field activities are captured and documented.
- Use the sales and performance report system (KPIs) to optimize your performance across the territory.
Qualifications du poste
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business administration
- A minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry preferably with experience in neurology or 2 years with experience in neurology
- Mastery to present scientific data on product with clarity using promotional tools and approved clinical trials
- Proven track record of promoting products and managing clients in a knowledge-intensive sector; experience working with neurologists an asset
- Strong business acumen and business analytical skills
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Familiar with the use of technology (iPad, apps, CRM, etc.) including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, ect.)
- Must have a valid driving licence in Canada
